Payments and cancellations

Q. What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

A. We accept all major credit cards. When you check in to the hotel, we will hold the full room. We do not accept checks. Paypal and international wires transfer from our account in USA bank is also accepted.  Details will be given via e-mail.

Q. What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

A. We politely require a 25% of the total amount to make sure the booking. We try to avoid the no-show guests (PayPal payments desirable).  We take the credit card at the time of booking. You must cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival (1 pm local hotel time) to avoid a one night’s room and tax to your card. Please note that for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change. Details will be given via e-mail.

If you fail to arrive, or cancel with less than 1 week notice: 70% of the first night of your reservation will be kept.
